The situation

SadaPay was building Pakistan's first neobank. They came to us at founding stage with a vision but no product. We partnered with their founding team from day one.

What we did

We shaped the product vision, designed the entire user experience from onboarding to daily use, and supported them through each stage of growth — from beta to full launch.

The outcome

SadaPay launched to 50,000 users in beta and has since grown to hundreds of thousands of active accounts. The product design was central to their fundraising narrative.
