User Testing

Find out what users actually do. Not what you think they do.

Stop making product decisions based on what you think users want. We find out what they actually do — and tell you exactly what needs to change.

From $2,500 · Scope agreed on discovery call · Results in 1–4 weeks

Three ways we test products.

Each track can be used standalone or combined. Scope is agreed on the discovery call.

Track A

Expert Audit

No users needed

We review your existing product or prototype against known UX established patterns. No users, no scheduling. The fastest way to get specific before you do anything else.

1 week · $2,500

Track B

Quantitative Testing

Unmoderated · Online · 20–50 users

We build a clickable Figma prototype and run it through Maze or UserTesting. Users interact with it independently. This will tell you key areas that are broken.

1–2 weeks · $4,500

Track C

Qualitative Research

Moderated · 5–8 real users

Moderated 1:1 sessions of usability testing or concept validation. We prepare the research, facilitate every session, and synthesise the findings. This works best when you need to understand the why behind a problem.

2–3 weeks · $8,000

Our research process.

Every project starts with a specific question and ends with actionable recommendations. We don't just tell you what's wrong — we tell you how to fix it.

01

Research Design

We define what we need to learn, choose the right method, and agree the scope. If a prototype needs building for testing, we design it before the research starts.

02

Execute

We run interviews, audit, or an unmoderated study. You're not coordinating sessions or chasing participants.

03

Synthesis

We make sense of what we found. What patterns emerged, what's an outlier, what's critical versus nice-to-fix. The job is to surface what matters, not to report everything.

04

Recommendation

A specific, prioritised output. What's broken, why it's broken, and what to do about it. Not 'consider improving onboarding' — we'll tell you what to change, where, and why.

Tools we use.

Standard practitioner tools, not academic research infrastructure. Fast to set up, fast to run, results in days not months.
