Brand direction across three Rimac entities — Technology, Energy, and Group.

The situation
Rimac had grown into three distinct business units — Rimac Technology, Rimac Energy, and Rimac Group — and needed a coherent design language that worked across all three without losing each entity's distinct identity.
What we did
We ran an intensive design sprint to map the brand architecture, define the visual hierarchy between entities, and articulate the principles that would govern all future design decisions.
The outcome
Rimac adopted the new direction across all three entities. Consistency in materials and product presentations improved significantly, and the framework was used to brief their in-house team going forward.
