Desk booking product — designed complex multi-device interactions across mobile, tablet, and laptop.

The situation
Logitech was building a next-generation desk booking system that needed to work seamlessly across a mobile app, an on-table tablet, and a laptop interface — all communicating in real time. The UX complexity was significant: three different form factors, two types of users, and a novel interaction model.
What we did
We mapped the full user journey across all three devices, identified the moments where context switching happened, and designed a consistent interaction language that felt native on each surface. We built a comprehensive component library and documented every edge case before handoff.
The outcome
The product shipped to enterprise clients globally and became a flagship case study for Logitech's B2B division. The design was highlighted in their annual report.
